SAP EWM Freelance Consultant

I am looking for a Senior SAP EWM Consultant to join our client in Belgium, who are currently leading a large-scale SAP RISE transformation. Their first go-live is planned for January 2026, followed by multiple international rollouts across the USA, Belgium, Romania, and Brazil.

This project stands out because it’s being implemented directly by the client—not via an external partner—so you’ll have a high level of ownership, visibility, and responsibility in shaping the solution.

Project Details:

• 📍 Location: Charleroi, Belgium (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)
• 📅 Duration: 12 months initially, with extensions expected (2–3 year program)
• ⏰ Start Date: December 2025 or January 2026
• ✈️ Travel: Approx. 25% to the USA (2 weeks every 2–3 months; all expenses paid)
• 💬 Languages: English

Role Overview:

You’ll act as a Senior SAP EWM (embedded in S/4 HANA) Consultant, taking on a hands-on, business-facing role, bridging warehouse operations and SAP. You’ll work closely with shop-floor and logistics teams, configuring embedded EWM, optimizing inbound/outbound processes, and supporting integration with production and mobile devices.. The first deployment covers the US plants (Tulsa, OK & Vista, CA).

Your role will be both business-facing (meetings, stakeholder engagement, process discussions) and hands-on technical, covering:

• System design & configuration
• Technical specifications
• Business process modeling
• Define test script & execute IT tests
• Train KU & post go-live support

Requirements:

You must be able to work onsite in Charleroi 2 days per week and be willing to travel to the USA approximately every 2–3 months.
